I want to tell each of my children of the great mother that you have. Diana has always sought direction from our Heavenly Father and as she sought this direction she also spent time to listen to the Holy Ghost, just as she listen to each of you, to learn how she should act. Just as sister Julie Beck said in her talk this morning, Diana used the power of teaching her children the right course in life so that each is now a good positive citizen of their community and many have valued callings from the Lord. Regardless each of Diana’s children are were they are because of your mothers teaching, her caring and her desire to do a good job of raising her children, just as her father did in raising his children. The difference being that Diana had the gospel as a standard beyond what her parents or any of her siblings. And so most of you do not think as how many toys you have as your determination of success in life, but rather the greatness of your children.

I do not want to read any comments as to how I was also an inspiration to you as I know how little I did and that I never learned the importance of listening to you

Now that we no longer have children to take care of Diana has turned all of her talents on me. I do not complain, I just wish I had known this earlier in my life as it would have eliminated many unnecessary and useless fights which were destructive to your welfare. Diana used to say “It is necessary for her/his development!!!” to which I would say “butt we’re not saving any money” and now she says “It’s for your comfort, you are more comfortable aren’t you?” to which I say “Yes, but we’re not saving any money”, I guess we are not supposed to save any money.
